When you sign up to use BuyReply we ask you to verify your mobile phone number. We’ll send you a 6 digit one-time passcode to your mobile phone via SMS that you’ll need to enter during the registration process. That way we know that you are owner of the registered mobile phone. Orders can only be verified via confirmation links sent by SMS to this device.

When we receive an order from you on the BuyReply platform we’ll always respond with an order confirmation to your mobile phone via text message. The text message includes the merchants name, your order and the total. Payment will only be processed once you’ve clicked the confirmation link.
By doing this we are able to verify that you are the actual account holder of your credit card as the message is sent to the verified phone number in your virtual wallet. This makes it impossible for third parties to fraudulently confirm orders on your behalf without having physical access to your mobile handset.
Our secure-server software encrypts all your personal information including credit or debit card number, name and address during transmission. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet.
